Live Copepods are small crustaceans around 1mm in diameter that naturally occur in saltwater.

They are suitable for feeding virtually all small marine fish and tropical freshwater fish. It is a great food for many corals, and is especially useful for feeding Mandarins, Seahorses and other finicky feeders.
In a marine aquariums uneaten Copepods will live until eaten and are detritivores, eating algae, uneaten food and detritus, so they will help keep your aquarium clean.

Live Copepods are supplied in a sealed bag, but sizes and amounts may vary from bag to bag. Our photo shows the contents of a typical bag.

We get fresh deliveries of live Copepods every Wednesday, subject to availability from our suppliers.
