Why are some of your items shown online but marked as “INSTORE ONLY”?
We are primarily a retail business, but many products are shown on this website to allow customers who cannot visit to buy online, it is also a useful resource for local customers to see stock levels and product info.
Some items may be shown online as ‘Instore Only’ or ‘Buy in Store Only’ and this means you will not be able to purchase these items online. This is usually due to the fragility, size or nature of the product.
In some cases it may be that we are able to reserve items for you to collect in person or send these items using an alternative courier, please contact us for a quote on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01733 312 142.
We are happy to reserve products until the end of the next day. In store only items must be paid for in store when collected, we cannot accept payment prior to collection.
In the case of livestock we currently prefer not to sell them online. We prefer the face to face interaction to give guidance and advice on fish care etc which is far easier and more effective in person.
