Very easy

Feeding:
Will eat frozen Mysis, and Brineshrimp, happy to eat flake and pellets. Greedy fish that will eat most foods offered.

Reef safe:
No.

Compatibility:
Peaceful fish that will mix well with its own kind and other fish of a similar size. Don’t keep with fish that are slow to feed as the Stripey’s will out compete them for food.

Other information.
The Stripey is the only species in the Genus Microcanthus, meaning that there are no other species that are closely related. Stripey’s are rarely seen in the aquarium trade, those that become available are from Australia, these factors contribute to its high price.

All marine fish are only available for collection and payment in store. We are happy to reserve a fish in stock for up to 5 days. However, this will still be shown on our website until collected. Fish not collected within the specified period will be offered for sale without further notice.
