Difficulty:
Easy

Feeding:
Will eat most frozen foods including Plankton, Spirulina enriched Brineshrimp and Mysis. Will take dried foods when settled, will benefit from being fed algae.

Reef safe:
Generally, reef safe, if kept well fed.

Compatibility:
Usually mixes well with other peaceful fish of a similar size. Best kept singularly, as they will often bully their own kind if kept together for long periods, even when kept in large aquariums.

Other information.
Good fish for algae control, as they eat many types of algae, although they won't differentiate between micro and macro algae. All Foxface have venomous dorsal spines, handle with care. Red Foxface are only occasionally available.
