150 litres

Difficulty:
Moderate, due feeding initially.

Feeding:
Can be difficult to feed, they will often eat only algae, but once this is gone they may starve, unless weaned onto Brineshrimp enriched with Spirulina, or flake. Our fish in store will be guaranteed feeding on frozen Brineshrimp or Mysis.

Reef safe:
Generally reef safe, but possibility of nipping at Clams or SPS corals.

Compatibility:
Can be aggressive with its own kind or similar species. Best not to be kept with active species that may prevent it from getting enough food.

Other information.
Comical looking fish that is a great algae eater. May hide in holes with just its head poking out.

All marine fish are only available for collection and payment in store. We are happy to reserve a fish in stock for up to 5 days. However, this will still be shown on our website until collected. Fish not collected within the specified period will be offered for sale without further notice.
