Difficulty:
Easy

Feeding:
Will happily eat frozen Brineshrimp, Mysis and Plankton, will also eat marine flake when settled. Despite reports of being difficult to we have rarely encountered any problems. Our fish in store will be guaranteed feeding on frozen foods.

Reef safe:
Generally a good fish for the reef aquarium.

Compatibility:
Although Cleaner Wrasse occur is loose shoals at cleaning stations, it can be aggressive with its own kind or similar looking species. Mixes well with most fish of a similar size. Not suggested for aquarium containing fish with poisionous mucous, e.g. Boxfish. If the Cleaner wrasse eats this mucous it may kill them.

Other information.
There are many species of Cleaner Wrasse, this is the most readily available and easiest to keep. Cleaner Wrasse can change from male to female and vice versa.

All marine fish are only available for collection and payment in store. We are happy to reserve a fish in stock for up to 5 days. However, this will still be shown on our website until collected. Fish not collected within the specified period will be offered for sale without further notice.
