\nDifficulty:
\nEasy, but requires a large pond with good filtration.

\nFeeding:
\nFeed several times a day on flake or small pellets when water is above 10C, ensure all the food offered is eaten, otherwise this will pollute the water. When water temperature is below 10C use a wheatgerm food and feed sparingly.

\nCompatibility:
\nKoi mix well with most other pond fish, but are greedy, especially during the summer months when the water is warmer.

\nKoi is Japanese for Carp. Koi come in many colour varieties each of which have a Japanese name, e.g. Kohaku, depending on the colour.
