Reef safe: No, even when small will nip at corals, generally safe with Shrimp, crabs and snails.

Compatibility: Don't keep with other large angels, but should mix ok with other fish of a similar size. Like many large angels can become aggressive to newcomers once established.

Other information.
Like many large angels can be aggressive to newcomers once established. Feed varied diet with vitamin supplements to promote colour and prevent lateral line erosion. Very small juvenile fish are black with vertical white bands, fish above around 10cm usually have full adult colours of brown body with blue lines at 45-degree angle.

Our Blue Ring Angels are hand picked from TMC and rested on our premises for at least 7 days and guaranteed feeding before being offered for sale.
