Size and type of aquariums
970 litre reef aquarium containing mainly soft corals and Anemones with a few LPS & SPS corals. Fish include:- Common Clowns, Copperband Butterfly, Powder Blue, Cleaner Wrasse & a Manderin.
Jim is particularly proud of his Malu Anemone which he has kept since September 2000.
Main areas of interest
Jim is interested in most areas of the hobby, but especially in Anemone, planted aquariums & culturing phyto & zoo plankton.
Top fishkeeping tip
Always keep a diary of your aquariums. Record new arrivals, deaths, diseases, treatments & water changes. This makes tracing the cause of problems much easier. I have a full record of the history of my planted aquarium.
Interests
Fishkeeping, Science fiction, he is also a keen Landrover enthusiast.
