DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day provided it is received before 4pm and payment confirmed, subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you via email to advise you of an estimated delivery date, to give you the option of cancelling or waiting.
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY DELIVER TO ANY AREA OUTSIDE THE U.K.
Small and lightweight items (below 2kg) will normally be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, and will usually be delivered within 5 days, normally next day, (Mon-Sat, excluding bank holidays)
Larger orders with a total weight over 2kg will normally be sent via parcel carrier on a 48 hour service.
Any orders placed after 11am on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. If the order is placed over a bank holiday it cannot be dispatched until the first working day.
We reserve the right to use the most cost effective service to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Postage & Packing Charges
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email prior to dispatch.
In store only products
As available stock changes frequently, customers are advised to phone us on (01733) 312142, to ensure the item is in stock. We are happy to reserve products until the end of the next day. In store only items must be paid for in store when collected, we cannot accept payment prior to collection.
United Kingdom Delivery Service
The WaterZoo (waterzoo.co.uk) aims to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, normally with 5 working days, provided they are in stock. lf goods are not received within 21 days, contact us and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us in writing e.g. email within 24 hours.
The WaterZoo (waterzoo.co.uk) offers a free delivery service within UK mainland on order above £25 subject to the conditions below:
- The following UK postcodes A830-56, lV, HS, KA27-28, KW PA20-49, PA60-78,
PH17-26, PH30-50 and ZE may incur an extra delivery charge.
- The lsle of Man (lM), Northern lsland (BT) and lsles of Scilly (TR21-25) are all
subject to additional delivery charges.

The WaterZoo (waterzoo.co.uk) denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. ln the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting if the wrong delivery address information being supplied. Please check that all your details are correct before submitting your order, you may be responsible for any additional costs arising from providing incorrect delivery details.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance.
In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us in writing, fax, or email, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery before contacting us. If goods are not received within 21 days we will offer a full refund.
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods or computer software which has been opened. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and make your own arrangements to return them to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use an insured parcel service. It is important that you retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items not received by us.
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
We are happy to refund the original price, excluding the cost of postage and packaging of any item returned within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is in an unused, unsoiled condition in its original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
Personalised and Special order items, CD's, Videos, Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us.
If you wish to return an item please state your reason for return on your sales invoice, include it in your parcel and send it to

In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty please notify us by email at email@example.com. We will then contact you to assess the nature of the fault and if the product requires returning to us or replacement parts are to be supplied free of charge.
Goods ordered from The WaterZoo (waterzoo.co.uk) for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges.
