What is it?
The WaterZoo Bonus card is loyalty scheme to reward our regular Customers for shopping at our retail store.
How much will it save me?
You will recieve £5 back in the form of a voucher for every £100 spent on qualifying purchases.
How do I apply?
Easy, just give your name and address to a member of staff at the till, next time you are in store.
What if I forget my card?
No problem, give your name to the cashier before your transaction is completed, you will be asked to confirm your postcode, you can then still collect your points. We regret that points cannot be awared once the sale is completed.
How do I redeem my points?
Bonus vouchers will posted at the beginning of the month to any Customer that has spent £100 or more. These voucher can be exchanged for goods or livestock, when shopping at The WaterZoo's retail store. They cannot be used online. Don’t worry, if you have not spent £100, your balance will continue, & be carried over.
Is there anything I don’t get points with?
Bonus points are not issued for purchases of any aquarium or cabinet, gift vouchers, or carriage charges.
Terms & conditions
1. It is a condition of having a WaterZoo Bonus Card that you provide The WaterZoo with your name & address.
2. Bonus points can only be collected by the person named on the back of the card.
3. One Bonus point will be issued for every 20 pence spent. For example, spend £10 get 50 Bonus points.
4. To earn Bonus points you must inform the cashier you collect our points or present your Bonus card before the sale is completed. We cannot issue points once the transaction is finished.
5. If you have any reason to return a product, we request you present your card so any points issued with the original sale can be amended.
6. Bonus points are not issued for purchases of any aquarium or cabinet, gift vouchers or postage.
7. Every month any customer that has accumulated more than 500 points will automatically have all their points converted into a Bonus voucher and sent to them via the postal system. This voucher can be used as payment for goods or services only when personally calling at The WaterZoo. They cannot be exchanged online, or by post.
8. All Bonus vouchers are posted at the beginning of each month and are valid for 12 months and should be used by the stated expiry date.
9. The WaterZoo reserves the right to change or terminate the WaterZoo Bonus Points scheme by giving a minimum of three months notice in the form of posters displayed on our premises.
10. Bonus points are not awarded to Customers with account facilities, or online sales.
11. Cards remain the property of The WaterZoo.
12. The cash redemption value of WaterZoo Bonus points is 0.01 pence each.
13. WaterZoo Bonus vouchers issued have no cash value.
14. In the case of a dispute, the decision of The WaterZoo will be final & binding.
